Business Coaching

People started talking about coaching in business at the beginning of the Eighties. This term, translated from the world of sport, indicates a consultative process aimed at fostering a growing awareness and managerial vision of the profession.

Like athletes with Mental Training in sport, the coachee acquires awareness and subsequent mastery of strengths and critical areas to work on. Both of them at individual level and in organizational contexts.
Steps include: demand analysis, the initial contract, assessment, shadow coaching, individual sessions, final return to the company and subsequent follow-up.

Entrepreneurs, Managers, Executives and those who occupy positions of responsibility.
